Your Dine & GO! Certificate offers the best of both worlds. You receive a 3-day, 2-night getaway valid for over 25 destinations, including Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Plus, you also receive $100 in Dining Certificates valid for over 11,545 restaurants in the U.S.

The 2-Night Getaway is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes, meals, and any miscellaneous expenses. The unique aspect of the 2-night getaway is that you must choose a destination at least 100 miles away from your residence. The reason for this is to inspire you to travel to a destination outside of your backyard. We encourage you to experience places you've never been, on us.

Along with your Getaway, you will also receive $100 in Dining Credit, redeemable for $100 in face value restaurant certificates located at DiningDough.com. DiningDough.com is an online network of thousands of restaurants across the U.S., including some of the hottest names in dining. Once you choose the restaurants you'd like to visit, you can redeem for dining vouchers online using your Dining Credit. Not only do you get to visit places you've never been, you also get to dine where you've never been. Experience new restaurants at your getaway destination of choice, or find certificates for your favorite local restaurants. Your $100 Dining Credit is yours to spend wherever you choose.

How do you activate your 2-Night Getaway?

Step 1: You have a choice of 2 easy ways to activate:

1. Activate online. This form is conveniently available online at www.grandnavigator.com. (This is the fastest, easiest and preferred method.)

2. Activate by mail. Complete the validation form provided in the Getaway certificate. Cut out the validation form and drop in the mail. Postage is required. Please allow 30 days for processing.

There is no cost to activate. If activating online, you can print and complete your Vacation Planning Form right away. If activating by mail, the Vacation Planning Form will be mailed to you upon receipt of the validation form.

Step 2: How to request travel dates:

After activating your certificate, you will request your dates and destinations on the Vacation Planning Form. A $50 refundable room deposit, and any applicable child fees must be submitted with your planning form. Please remember, all reservations are subject to availability.

NOTE: You must request your dates/destinations a minimum of 45 days prior to the first desired date of travel. Travel destinations must be at least 100 miles away from your residence.

2-Night Getaway Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is there a phone number for a help desk?

A: Yes. You may call the Grand Incentives Help Desk at 941-552-5070, Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm EST.

Q: Do I get to choose my hotel?

A: Hotel accommodations vary depending on the location and time of year. Accommodations will be in a national chain hotel, such as Ramada, Quality Inn, Holiday Inn, etc.

Q: Can I request dates that are less than the 45-day agreement?

A: No. Grand Incentives contractual obligations require them to provide the hotels with a 45-day notice.

Q: How far in advance can I make reservations?

A: Grand Incentives is not able to confirm reservations any further than 6 to 9 months out. Reservations submitted further than the 6 to 9 month period will go into a hold file until a later date, and are subject to the room allotment at the time of booking.

Q: When will I get my confirmation letter?

A: Once your reservations request is confirmed, your confirmation letter will be sent to you. Confirmations will not be sent more than 35 days prior to check-in. Please do not leave until you have received written confirmation.

Q: Does my Spouse have to travel with me?

A: Yes, as stated on the Details of Participation. #1: "A husband and wife, or cohabitants, must travel together to use this certificate."

Q: What if I am not married?

A: If you are not married, you may take whomever you choose.

Q: What if I am not 21, can I still use this certificate?

A: No. Unfortunately, as it states in the terms and conditions of your vacation certificate, both you and your guest must be 21 years of age or older to use this certificate.

Q: Can I take more than 2 children?

A: Due to contractual obligations, you will only be able to request a reservation for 2 adults and up to 2 children per room at an additional cost of $10 per child. Children must be under the age of 18.

Q: I don't have a Driver's License. What other form of ID can I use?

A: Upon check-in, you are required to show your confirmation letter, a major credit card, and driver's license. You may also use a Government issued photo ID, e.g. Passport or State issued ID.

Q: What if I don't have a major credit card?

A: Due to contractual obligations, you will be required to show a major credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals such as telephone, taxes, key deposit, etc... NO DEBIT CARDS ALLOWED.

Q: Why do I have to send in a Deposit/Processing Fee?

A: Due to the large number of "no shows" for confirmed bookings, Grand Incentives hotel contracts require them to collect either a processing fee or refundable deposit to insure that the end user is serious about traveling. Please refer to your offer terms and conditions for specific details.

Q: I want to travel with my friends; can we travel together?

A: As it states on your certificate, this offer is not valid for group travel.

Q: What if I don't live 100 miles from the location I want?

A: Due to Grand Incentives contractual obligations, they are unable to submit a request if you reside within 100 miles of the resort area.

Q: Do I have to give you more than one location to travel to?

A: Yes. Due to changing availability, Grand Incentives requires you to submit 3 destination choices.

Q: What are my financial obligations with using this certificate?

A: Your certificate is valid for hotel accommodations only. It does not include transportation, taxes, meals or any other miscellaneous expenses. Taxes are paid at the hotel upon check-in.

Q: Can I give this certificate away?

A: You may give this certificate as a gift offer only and prior to booking, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of the vacation certificate.

Q: What if I want to reschedule my trip?

A: To reschedule or change a confirmed reservation, there is a $50 fee. No changes can be made to a confirmed reservation with less than 72-hour notice. Any changes must be made via Grand Incentives Help Desk.

Q: What if I want to cancel my trip for whatever reason?

A: To cancel a confirmed reservation, you must provide us with a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellations less than 14 days will result in the loss of your $50 room deposit. All cancellations must be submitted by written notice.

Q: Does the certificate expire?

A: Yes. Expiration date will be printed on your certificate.

Q: Will I be solicited to attend a marketing presentation of any kind?

A: No. You are not required to attend a presentation. Some of the hotels may have a Welcome Desk or Information Desk set up that you may visit and be offered to attend a presentation for a gift, but it is not mandatory.

How do you redeem your Dining Dough?

1. Go to www.DiningDough.com and click on "Redeem Dining Dough."

2. Enter the certificate code located on the back of your card.

3. Use the search engine to find great restaurants near you or your destination of choice. You may also choose from exciting products and services offered through participating online retailers.

4. Add certificate(s) to your cart and check out.

5. Print the certificate from your computer and redeem at the restaurant or the online retailer's website. Enjoy your meal and please remember to tip your server.

Q: How are Dining Certificates delivered?

A: After you complete your purchase, you will be taken to a page with links to each Dining Certificate. You can print your Dining Certificates using your computer and printer. Q: How long is my Dining Certificate good for?

A: In most cases, Dining Certificates are good for one year from the date issued, except in California and where otherwise prohibited by law.

Q: Are there any restrictions for using Dining Certificates?

Q: Do I have to spend the whole certificate at once?

A: When redeeming your Restaurant-Specific dining certificate, the entire amount of the certificate should be used. There is no cash back upon redemption or any other time. Certificates not valid for taxes or tips.

Q: Can I use more than one certificate per visit?

A: Certificate redemption is limited to one certificate per party, per month, per restaurant. Only one Restaurant-Specific Certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.

Q: Can I combine my certificate with another coupon?

A: Restaurant-Specific certificates cannot be combined with any other restaurant certificates, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.

Q: Can I split the certificate denomination between multiple restaurants?

A: When adding certificates to your cart from www.DiningDough.com, you can choose certificates in increments of $10 to $100. Most certificates are in $10 and $25 increments. When choosing multiple certificates for the same restaurant, they are only redeemable once a month. This does not apply for multiple restaurants.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase necessary?

A: Depending on the restaurant and the certificate amount chosen, there may be a minimum purchase requirement. Redeeming conditions are restaurant specific and should be observed when choosing your certificate.
